Board Evaluations

LIBB Advisors conducts individualized evaluations of boards of directors, utilizing tailored written questionnaires, confidential personal interviews with each director, objective and subjective review of key board responsibilities, anonymous consolidation of results, written and oral reports to the board of directors based on the particular company’s practices, and action plans as requested.  Board evaluations include peer evaluations whenever requested.

Corporate Governance Best Practices

LIBB Advisors works with boards of directors to develop or improve their governance practices, such as committee structure and responsibilities, board leadership structure and selection, identification of most desirable areas of expertise to strengthen the board, and director retirement practices. These areas include some of the most sensitive social issues facing boards and directors. Principal Lydia Beebe draws upon her service on four public company boards of directors, chairing three governance and nominating committees as well as her two decades leading a large corporate governance function, to provide practical counsel and advice regarding board best practices.

LIBB Advisors develops individualized work plans for regular and special communications to stockholders.
